Meet Master Artisan Smoker Graham Roberts, owner of the oldest smokehouse in Connemara. This unassuming whitewashed house sits on what feels like the edge of the world in one of the most idyllic, remote and naturally beautiful spots in Ireland. Learn how an abundance of local fish inspired Graham’s parents, John and Bridget to start smoking fish back in the 70’s. Step into the smokehouse and experience the unique smoky aroma. Hear about the ancient traditional methods of fish smoking as Graham shares stories and insights into his personal journey and life in Connemara.
