​​What denominations are tour gift certificates?​​
​Certificates are not sold by dollar amount, but rather ​each certificate covers the cost of ​a Great Lakes Distillery tour.

​​Can tour gift certificates be redeemed at the distillery tasting room?​​
No. The tour gift certificate may only be used to reserve a ticket online. ​Sorry for any inconvenience.​

​​Do you have a certificate that I can print out to give as a gift?​​
Yes. You will receive a link to a downloadable certificate you can print in the confirmation email for your gift certificate purchase.

​​How does someone redeem a tour gift certificate?​​
You will receive a unique code for each certificate for each tour certificate purchased. That code can be entered in the "Do you have a Groupon code, promo code or gift certificate?" field on the tour purchase page.

​Do you sell gift cards at the distillery?
Yes, we sell gift cards at the distillery tasting room that can be redeemed for anything in the tasting room or gift shop. Unfortunately, these gift cards cannot be used for online tour reservations. We are also unable to sell these gift cards online or via a telephone order. Sorry for any inconvenience.​
