For boarding please bring your printed ticket or present it on a smart device. Buyer's indication serves only administrative purposes. First presenter of a valid ticket may participate on the cruise. When you buy more than one ticket in an order, then tickets are grouped.

Welcome drinks, one at a time, tour guide service is NOT part of the basic package!

Boarding starts 10-15 minutes before the trip (if possible). The boat departs on time, we are not in the position to wait. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before departure!

Your ticket is valid for the date and program indicated above. You are not allowed to stay on the flybridge or the pontoon if the boat is not moored. Please do not block the enterance, previous guests also need to leave.
Not suitable for people unable to walk, not wheelchair friendly, there are steps in between. Electric wheelchairs are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed, sevice animals excluded.
