In addition, the fully-equipped inside kitchen has everything needed for cooking, and an outdoor fridge makes it easy to grab cold drinks while enjoying the outdoors.

The RV is fully stocked with most common household essentials, including: Pillows, sheets, and blankets for each bed, kitchen cookware and utensils, bathroom essentials, such as hand soap and toilet paper

RENTAL FEES AND DEPOSIT

Renter agrees to pay the Daily Rental Rate (applied at booking).
Renter agrees to pay the Security Deposit: $500.00 (Refundable upon return, less any damages or fees).
Renter agrees to pay the Prep Fee: $150.00 (The prep fee covers RV setup, dumping of gray and black water tanks, and cleaning and sanitizing the unit before each rental)
Renter agrees to pay the Delivery Fee: $150.00 flat fee under 50 miles, Cost per mile $4.00 per mile over 50 miles, up to 100 miles (applied after booking).
Renter agrees to pay the Late Return Fee: $75.00 per hour (Fee will be taken from the renter’s security deposit if RV is returned past pick-up time, renter will be given a 30-min grace period before charged).
Renter agrees to pay all taxes, service charges and fees (applied at booking).
Renter agrees to pay insurance protection fee: $125.00 (applied at booking).

PAYMENT TERMS

The renter agrees to pay the full rental fee and deposit prior to taking possession of the RV.

CONDITION AND RETURN OF THE RV

The RV will be provided in good, clean, and operable condition. Renter must return the RV in the same condition as delivered, with all RV household items and equipment (in operating condition).
Renter agrees to return the RV in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
Additional cleaning or repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

RENTER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate the RV in compliance with all applicable laws.
Use the RV for recreational purposes only, not for commercial or illegal activities.
Not tow, move, or modify the RV without prior written consent from the Owner.
Ensure the RV is parked on stable, level ground.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

The renter must purchase insurance protection covering the RV for the rental period.
Renter must be at least 25 or older and hold a valid ID or driver's license.
Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of the RV during the rental period.
Any damages or issues with the rental must be reported to the owner immediately.

PROHIBITED USE

No climbing or standing on the roof is permitted.
No smoking is permitted.
No pets are permitted.
The RV can not be operated by anyone other than the approved Renter listed in this Agreement.
The RV can not be taken outside the permitted geographical area without Owner's consent.
Termination of this Agreement is at the discretion of the Owner. The Owner may terminate this Agreement and end the reservation at any time and require the return of the RV for misuse or any prohibited uses.

BREAKDOWNS AND REPAIRS

Renter must notify the Owner of any damages or mechanical issues immediately.
Unauthorized repairs are prohibited and will not be reimbursed.
The Owner is not responsible for trip interruptions due to mechanical failure.

INDEMNIFICATION

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Renter’s use of the RV.
