Check-in details

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your tour to ensure a timely departure. When you arrive, head to the water and the docks. There are picnic tables and a gazebo you can hang out at. Your captain will come and get you prior to your tour.

The marina provides parking at a charge of $15 per car per two-hour tour. We have included that in your booking fee. If you have more cars than originally anticipated, please let us know and we will add the additional parking fee to your bill.

What to bring

Sunglasses, hat, sunscreen (no spray sunscreen – it stains our boat seats), and any food and beverages that you would like.
During the off-season, we always recommend bringing at the very least a warm sweatshirt. In the winter months, we recommend jackets–It can get chilly out there.

Disclaimers

For the yacht charter - Captain Fee ($150) will be charged separately by the captain before the tour. This does not include gratuity for your Captain. Gas (will be estimated and charged at end of tour) are not included in this fee.

Cancellations

Guests that have purchased Trip Insurance can cancel their charter at any time for any reason up until 1 hour prior to charter departure. This allows us enough time to notify our captains of any changes.

Guests that have not purchased trip insurance will have up to 72 hours to cancel their reservation for no fee (minus the trip insurance amount).

Before 72 hours from charter departure time = 50% refund
Before 48 hours from charter departure time = $25% refund
Anything inside of 48 hours of charter departure date and time will be charged full amount of the charter.

Poor weather and resulting cancellation from Hilton Head Boat Charters will result in a full refund if we are not able to schedule you for another date and time.
