Our Neighborhood offers busy professionals, dedicated parents, adventurous retirees, and the everyday horse lover a place to relax, a quiet landscape to enjoy, and friendships to be made, two-legged or four. What Does the NEIGHborhood Offer?

Discounted Rides: Club riders get discounted rates on monthly rides. With membership costs as low as $50 a ride, the Neighborhood will undoubtedly become your most worthwhile subscription.

Community Spirit: Sure, all horse lovers are just a little horse crazy. Whether it’s through love for nature or excitement for adventure, the neighborhood attracts people of common interests, offering members an opportunity to make new friends or have a few laughs at the ranch.

Extra Time With the Horses Come early for the chance to learn how to care for and tack up your equine companion. The moments spent out of the saddle are moments that allow you to bond with your horse. Learn your horse’s character, quirks, and favorite treat. Once you discover your horse's favorite treat, they'll come to anticipate it post-ride. Remember to bring apples, carrots, or, in Tucker's case, oatmeal cream pies for your noble steed.

A Quiet Place to Get Away: Designed for a calm experience, our ranch is a little slice of heaven for those seeking some peace. From our lovely gazebo by the pond where the ducks swim to the refreshing sight of horses roaming their pastures, Hidden Palms Ranch is an environment of serenity. Bring a lunch to enjoy on the ranch after your ride to get the most out of the peaceful surroundings.

Welcome Gift: We’d like to offer you a complimentary, exclusive Neighborhood gift for becoming a part of the herd.

Flexible Scheduling: Riding slots will become available up to 3 days in advance. From our website, you will be able to choose ride times that fit into your busy schedule and easily reserve your slot using your club credits.

Special Events for Members: We offer official and unofficial gatherings for members throughout the year.

How Scheduling Works

All available riding slots are posted on our website’s booking calendar. Choose your desired day and use your member code at checkout to redeem your ride credits.

Our Neighborhood rides primarily run from Tuesday to Friday, with select opportunities on weekends.

Weekday Rides (T-Th): You can book any available slot on our calendar for Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday starting each Monday at noon via the website.

Friday Rides: You can book any available slot on our calendar for a Friday ride starting Thursday at noon via the website.

Weekend Rides: You will receive a text notification for available slots. These last-minute reservation opportunities will be sent out either the day before or on the day of the ride and will be confirmed over the phone or text.

FAQs

Q: Do credits expire?
A: Credits expire at the end of the month they are issued. For example, if you are on the Duo plan, the two credits issued on the first of the month will no longer be available after the last day of the month.

Q: How do I pay?
A: Your credit or debit card will be auto-charged on the first day of each month.

Q: Is every ride on the same trail?

A: Whoever said Florida doesn’t have four seasons hasn’t spent time on one of its nature trails. Though you’ll never experience a snowy ride with us, the Lake Jesup Conservation offers great variety. From eagles in the winter months to baby turtles and cows in the spring, each ride is guaranteed to be different from the last. Whether you’re a fan of flora or fauna, the conservation environment is constantly changing. Additionally, there are multiple routes to be taken within the conservation. We make sure to switch it up for the curiosity of both you and your equine companion.

Q: Is there a signup fee?
A: When you join the Neighborhood club, there is a $50 one-time sign-up fee.
