Cancellations
Bookings booked Shared ‘Signature’ Tours
(scheduled tours & services bookable by seat)
Bookings require a minimum 20% non-refundable deposit for all bookings made more than 45 days to confirm the booking with the balance due one calendar month before the tour date. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require settlement in full at the time of booking.
If full payment hasn't been completed 72 hours before your booking starts, we'll charge your card for the remaining amount.
Bookings cancelled up to seven days before a tour's departure are eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion. Cancellations after this time are always considered although a refund cannot always be guaranteed and cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable. We endeavour to offer refunds on the most generous terms we can, whilst retaining our right to use our discretion in these matters at all times.
In cases that may result in mass cancellations such as 'Acts of God', including pandemics or epidemics, or in the event of war, refunds will be offered at our discretion.
Private ‘Signature’ Tours & Custom Services
(scheduled private tours & customised services bookable exclusively)
For all services other than shared open-seat tours, bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit for all bookings made more than 45 days before the departure date, with the balance due one calendar month before departure. Bookings made within four weeks of the booking's departure require full settlement at the time of booking.
Cancellations of Private/VIP services/tours are eligible for a full refund minus deposit up to 14 days prior to the service's departure date. made up to one calendar month before the tour's start date may be eligible for a partial refund (dependent on circumstances & our costs incurred at the time of cancellation). Cancellations made within one calendar month of a tour/service's departure may be eligible for a refund at our discretion. We endeavour to refund as generously as we can within the circumstances we find ourselves in.
In cases that may result in mass cancellations such as Acts of God or in the event of war, refunds will offered at our discretion.
