In the event of a delay, we will try our best to accommodate your booking by moving you to the next available shuttle. Island Express Shuttle is not responsible for arrival or departure delays caused by your flight carrier. We reserve the right to re-book a reservation that does not align with your provided flight information.

Maximum of (2) pieces of standard-sized luggage allowed per passenger. If you are traveling with excessive luggage, additional fees may apply.
Rates vary depending on the pick-up/drop-off requirements of your transfer.

Post arrival instructions
- Turn your phone on and connect to the Airport's wifi.
- Your driver/dispatcher will contact you via text/call/email to welcome you to the islands and assist you with finding your pick-up point.

Extras
Are you traveling with young travelers? Island Express Shuttle Hawai'i also provides safety seats and boosters at an additional cost. Please make sure to add them at checkout should you need them.
Cancellations
Traveling by itself is pretty stressful and we strive to help each of our customers at every step. Island Express Shuttle has a very fair cancellation policy: we offer a full refund for reservations canceled at least (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time. This applies to online and phone reservations. If a reservation is canceled under (24) hours of notice or if a no-show, a refund will not be honored.
