What to Bring:
We recommend that guests bring their own food and water for the day to ensure they have everything needed for a comfortable trip. While a galley is available onboard with a selection of snack items for purchase, bringing a packed lunch is advised.

Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please review our cancellation terms carefully before booking:
⏳ Standard Reservations (1–32 Passengers)
Cancellations, reductions, or changes must be made at least 120 hours (5 days) before departure to receive a refund.
For holiday periods, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance.
👥 Group Reservations (33+ Passengers)
Must be cancelled 30 days prior to departure to qualify for a refund.
🏕 Camper Reservations During Holidays
Camper transport during holiday periods must be cancelled at least 14 days before the departure date for a refund.
⚠️ Important Booking Notice
Refunds will not be issued for one-way landing trips.
To travel to and from the islands, you must book both an outbound and a return trip.
(Note: This does not apply to non-landing trips such as whale watching or wildlife cruises.)

We are not responsible for cancellations due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Weather or environmental changes
Natural disasters
Road closures or traffic delays

🚫 Late Arrivals
Passengers arriving 15 minutes or less before departure may be denied boarding and are not eligible for a refund.
