The certificate is not valid for a specific date, tour, or excursion but can be applied to the current pricing of any available tour at the time of redemption.
2. Price Adjustments: The value of the gift certificate is based on the amount originally paid. However, please note that prices for tours and excursions may increase over time due to seasonal changes, operational costs, or other factors. If the cost of the selected trip exceeds the value of the certificate, the recipient will be responsible for covering the difference at the time of booking. If the selected trip costs less than the value of the certificate, the remaining balance will be credited toward future bookings or services.
3. Non-Refundable: The gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
4. Reservations: All tours and excursions must be booked in advance, subject to availability. We recommend reserving your trip early to secure your preferred date.
5. Redemption: To redeem the gift certificate, please provide the certificate number and associated information when booking your tour or redeem online using the certificate number.
