Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled ride will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the ride will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the ride are non-refundable.
Weather & Safety Cancellations:
- If the tour is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Island Wave Rides reserves the right to cancel any tour for safety reasons, with full refunds issued.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows:
- Guests must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure.
- Late arrivals may result in forfeiting the ride with no refund.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Modifications & Rescheduling:
- Customers may request to reschedule their ride at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Last-minute changes within 24 hours may be accommodated only at management’s discretion.
