Once you know how it’ll win you some serious brownie points with friends and family.
First up, our chefs will let you in on the secret to making the perfect pasta dough every time. Then after learning to roll out your dough by hand, you’ll use your new skills to make a variety of pasta shapes, from pappardelle sheets to farfalle. Once your pasta is made, it’s onto a quick yet show-stopping mushroom sauce that will finish it off perfectly – a dinner party winner.
This class is not suitable for those who wish to learn how to make gluten free pasta.

This is a class best suited to and supervised by adults.
Our online classes are sold on a per household basis, so as long as everyone is in the same room, you can have as many participants as you like! ONE PARTICIPANT = ONE HOUSEHOLD
If you are booking a place for yourself as well as others based in another household, please be advised that email addresses for each household must be supplied at the point of booking. Unique Zoom joining instructions will be sent to all, as well as additional information relating to ingredients and general preparation for the class.

- 200g good-quality Tipo ‘00’ flour, plus extra for dusting
- 2 large free-range eggs
- semolina flour, for dusting
- 100g brown cap mushrooms
- 1 shallot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- olive oil
- 30g unsalted butter
- 75ml white wine
- 50ml double cream or crème fraîche
- Parmesan cheese, for grating
- 100g rocket
- ½ a radicchio
- extra virgin olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
