Cancellations
If You Cancel
- You may cancel or change your reservation for any reason at least 24 hours before your start time. You must call us, email us, or use the cancellation link in your confirmation email before this deadline.
- You’ll get a refund only if you cancel or change your reservation before the deadline, otherwise you’ll owe full price.
If We Cancel
- We won’t cancel for rain unless it’s unsafe, like during a thunderstorm or hurricane.
- If we cancel for safety or other reasons, you’ll get a full refund regardless of the deadline.
Trip Protection
- If you buy Trip Protection when you make your reservation, the deadline above is extended to at least 2 hours before your start time.
- If you cancel and get a refund, we’ll keep any Trip Protection fee and our online booking service will keep their online booking fee.
- If we cancel, you’ll get a full refund.
Delays & Minimums
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your start time to avoid delays.
- We’ll try to start on time, but things beyond our control might cause delays.
- If there aren’t enough guests for an activity, we may delay your start time or offer a cancellation and refund.
