Activity details
You will learn to plan and safely complete your deep diving adventures and use computers and gas consumption calculations to get the most from your deep dives. Upon completion, you will earn your SSI Deep Diving Specialty certification and be able to explore beautiful deep dive sites wherever you choose. This SSI Specialty is also a prerequisite for some advanced training, making it the next logical step to take in your dive education.

Cancellations
Cancellation Policy for Scuba Diving, Snorkelling, Freediving and PADI / SSI Courses
Please read this policy carefully as it will provide you with detailed information about the necessary conditions when cancelling your booking with us.
General Conditions
This cancellation policy applies to all services provided by us, including but not limited to scuba diving activities, discover scuba diving, snorkelling, freediving and PADI/SSI courses such as PADI/SSI Open Water Diver, PADI/SSI Advanced Open Water Diver, and all other PADI/SSI courses.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested in writing by sending an email to our official email address. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellation Timeframes and Fees
a. If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity, you are entitled to a refund of your payment minus a 10% administration fee.
b. If you cancel within the last 48 hours before the scheduled activity, you will not be entitled to a refund.
This is due to the allocation of staff, equipment, and resources that were reserved for your booking. Please note that this applies to partial and full cancellations.
No Shows
Failure to arrive at the designated location for the scheduled activity is treated as a last-minute cancellation and will result in the full charge with no eligibility for a refund.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, adverse unsafe weather, political instability, or other serious circumstances that could affect your safety, we reserve the right to cancel the activities. If such a situation occurs, we will make every effort to provide an alternative arrangement or reschedule.
If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Inability to Complete Activities or PADI/SSI Courses
a. If a student is unable to complete any of the PADI/SSI courses due to any reason, including but not limited to ear equalizing, medical conditions, panic, anxiety, or other circumstances, no refunds or reschedules are allowed. Except in extremis.
b. If a guest is unable to complete the full scope of their booked scuba diving, snorkelling, or freediving activity for any reason, there are no refunds or reschedules allowed.
