Itinerary
- 10.00am – Depart Auckland at Pier 11 or 12 Ferry Terminal with Fullers for a scenic 40-minute ride across the Hauraki Gulf, with the option to enjoy a coffee onboard. We’ll meet you at Matiatia ferry terminal upon arrival.
- 10.40am – Pickup from Mataitai ferry terminal on Waiheke Island
- 10.50am – Drive through Oneroa Village, taking in breathtaking views of beaches and the Coromandel Peninsula. If time permits, we’ll stop at Onetangi Beach before heading to your first vineyard.
- 11.15am – Arrive at Postage Stamp Vineyard for your first tasting
- 11.50pm – Leave for Kennedy Point Vineyard for your second tasting
- 12.45pm – Leave for Stoneyridge or Batch Vineyard for your second tasting and a lunch break (Lunch can be provided at an additional cost)
- 2.20pm – Leave for Matiatia Ferry terminal
- 3.00pm – Depart Waiheke Island back to Auckland downtown terminal
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the booking is possible with a minimum of 48 hour prior notice.
If your booking was made via Booking Agent, the person who made the booking will need to contact the Booking Agent for a refund.
If the tour was purchased through our booking system, please contact us via email or phone, which can be found in your booking confirmation email or on our website https://kiwiconnect.co.nz/
Late arrival
Kiwi Connect Tours start promptly, at the scheduled departure time. We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before the tour start time to meet your guide and prepare for the tour.
Tour end times are an indication only and Kiwi Connect is not responsible for a late tour finish if conditions are beyond their control. We advise Participants to allow at least 30 minutes between the end of our Tour and their next scheduled activity.
Changing a booking date
The change of booking date is possible with at least 48 hours notice prior your original booking date.
The company will do its best to accommodate your new date however if it is within the 48 hour cancellation period and our tours are fully booked for your desired date you will forfeit your payment.
Cancellation or changes by Kiwi Connect
Kiwi Connect reserves the right to change or cancel tours due to either operating difficulties or circumstances beyond our control. Your tour might be altered without notice before, on, or during the tour as circumstances dictate and that no refund will be offered as a result of any change.
Your Tour may be cancelled due to severe weather or if an unscheduled or unforseen event occurs in the city making your access difficult or impossible.
Note: If the Company is forced to cancel a tour it will try to:
- Rebook you for another date (subject to availability).
- Issue a Gift Certificate voucher in the case of purchases bought through an agent of if a later tour date is inconvenient.
- Refund the purchase price of the tour if booked directly.
