Farm tours are subject to change or cancel depending on weather. All guests must wear closed toe shoes in order to travel through our sugarcane fields.

Hawaiian Heirloom Sugarcane Field: Hike into our farm to see the first step in our Grass to Glass Distillery. Explore the fields where we grow and hand harvest 34 different sugarcane varietals.
Distillation Process: From the freshly pressed sugarcane juice to the final spirit, you’ll gain insight into our artisanal distillation techniques.
Barrel Warehouse & Aging Process: Step into our barrel warehouse to see (and smell) where the magic happens. We’ll explain the aging process, including how different types of barrels influence the flavor profile of our rum over time.
Tasting Experience: Conclude your tour with a guided tasting of our signature Agricole rums. Savor the unique flavors and aromas while our knowledgeable staff shares tasting notes and pairing suggestions.
