Activity details
The Level 2 Freediver Course continues to build on what you learned in Level 1. In this course, you'll learn how to dive safely and comfortably to depths of 132ft (40m). You'll learn about how the human body works underwater, which will clear up common misunderstandings about diving abilities. We'll also focus on techniques to help you dive deeper without risking injury, especially between depths of 66 to 132 feet. If you're passionate about freediving or spearfishing and want to dive deeper with confidence, this course is essential.

Itinerary
- 3-day program with a combination of classroom, confined water, and open-water depth training
- Minimum 7 hours of academic work, 2.5 hours of confined water training, and 4.5 hours of open water depth training

Arrive on time; a full schedule will be provided closer to the course dates. Waivers must be signed in advance.

- Personal items (towel, sunscreen, water, hat)
Special requirements
- Must be in good health with no heart conditions
- Complete the Medical Statement and obtain a physician’s approval if required
- FII Level 1 Freediver certification or equivalent required

- Do I need to have my own gear? Yes, you will need your own freediving gear, but it is available for rent or purchase.

Cancellations
Please be informed of our cancellation policy.
Full payment is due at the time of booking. You may make changes or cancellations to your reservation up to 72 hours prior to your course and receive a full refund. Cancellations made inside of 72-hours will not be refunded.
Lateness and no-shows
We ask all students to arrive promptly at the scheduled course time. Do not underestimate driving time. Morning traffic conditions are quite congested and slow moving, especially if you are staying South of Kailua-Kona and driving North to the harbor. It is your responsibility to arrive on time. There will be no refunds given for students that are more than 15 minutes late or that do not arrive for their intended course.
What if we cancel?
We reserve the right to cancel for any reason including, but not limited to weather, ocean conditions, student count, mechanical issues, safety for you, our students, and our instructors. We'll do our best to reschedule your course based on availability or you'll be issued a refund in full. We will contact you via the phone number and/or email address provided in the reservation. We are not responsible if we can not contact you for important information regarding the charter.
