Gift Voucher's are non refundable and cannot be re booked if cancelled by the customer within 7 days of departure. All changes to booking date must be done before the 7 day cut off.
Customers will receive a credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will forfeit voucher.
