• Members can avail themselves of the respective discounts during in-store purchases by presenting their membership card.
• For online purchases, members will receive a unique discount code via email after enrollment.
• Members can book farm tours in advance through our website, ensuring their spot on the preferred tour dates. (Please review our cancellation policy on our website)
• Membership with Lavaloha is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Members will receive a renewal notification prior to the expiration of their membership. You can choose to renew your membership at any tier level or opt for a different tier, as per your preference.
• Membership benefits and discounts are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
