Dive into the Flavours of the Sea with this hands-on cooking class, where you’ll explore the rich and diverse world of seafood. You’ll learn essential skills like cleaning, filleting, and cooking various types of seafood, ensuring you can prepare dishes that bring out the best in each ingredient.
What's included
You do not need to bring any other equipment or ingredients with you as this will be provided by the cookery school and is included in the cost.
At Leeds cookery school we aim for our guests to take home a combination of newfound skills, knowledge, and a memorable experience that enriches their culinary curiosities and encourages them to explore & enjoy food in new and exciting ways.
At the end of our workshops we encourage our guests to relax and enjoy tasting the fruits of their labour and share the experience with their fellow participants.

Cod cheek braised in cider – Beautifully tender cod paired with a slightly dry & cider to create a balanced dish of perfection.

Frito Misto – You’ve ordered it at the restaurants now make this treat yourself. A combination of amazing seafood and sea vegetables make up this gluttonous snack.
Cancellations
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your place on a class, you may do so in writing by email or by post no later than 14 days prior to the class date without charge. However, if you cancel less than 14 days prior to the class date, you will not be eligible for a refund, you may of course swap the name on your booking so someone else can attend in your place.
Although highly unlikely, we do reserve the right to cancel a class or course due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case you can either transfer your booking to an equivalent class or a full refund will be given.
