Children under 4 years are able to participate with no charge when accompanying an adult paying to do the Meet a Snake session.
Children aged 4-12 years must pay and be accompanied by an adult also paying to do the same Meet a Snake session.

NOTE: Animal Interactions are an additional purchase upon Animal Park entry. Please ensure that Maru Entry tickets are purchased in addition to the Meet a Snake.

Other Information

• All interactions are at the keepers discretion and may be unavailable in extreme weather conditions to ensure the welfare and safety of our animals and visitors.
• All tickets require the Credit/Debit Card along with photo ID and signature of the purchaser, or a valid company email/voucher to be presented upon arrival, otherwise entry will be refused.

Terms & Conditions
It is important that you arrive early as the experience will not be delayed and will start at the advertised time. If you are late you will miss out on the experience and refunds will not be provided. Please dress appropriately for the forecast weather on the day. The Keepers have the right to cancel this and all animal experiences due to extreme weather or any other situation they feel may compromise the safety and welfare of the animals and visitors and in that instance a different experience may be offered or a full refund.
