2nd tasting in the ladies withdrawing room (15-30 min)

• Allow a bit of a jaunt back in time with a nice tale
• Cheese and charcuterie bites paired with a Pinot Noir

3rd tasting in the Tiffany dining room (15-30 min)

• Lovely story of the Mansion
• Shrimp salad paired with a Tom collins

Main course in the ball room (1-1:30 hours)

• Warm beat salad
• Petit filet mignon cooked med rare
• Poussin
• Lobster tail
• String carrots over a garlic mash
• Paired with choice of local ipa, white or red wine, or an old fashioned

Dessert in the ballroom (30min)

• Crème brule for dessert with a cracking spoon paired with an espresso martini

Wind down with cigars and bourbon or wine on the front porch (30-45 min)
