About:
Do you want to experience the arctic nature and Autumy landscape while being pulled in a cart by a talented team of Alaskan huskies and to get to know the huskies individually, learn all about them and what it is to live in the woods with a pack of sled dogs?

The husky cart ride is driven by the guide, so you will be enjoying the ride sitting in the cart. In addition to the cart ride you will hear stories about the huskies and you can pet the dogs and take pictures with them. The duration of the whole activity is about 1,5 hours which includes the cart ride (few minutes), the guided visit (about 1 hour) and the transfers (45min).

In order to offer you a unique and memorable husky experience we have partnered up with professional sled dog musher Jussi Holck and his wife, Inka. This local couple lives with their alaskan huskies further out from the Rovaniemi main area so they have built a cozy husky camp closer to the hotel for us to enjoy the magic of sled dogs. The huskies are their family and the wellbeing and happiness of the dogs is the number one priority for Jussi and Inka.
