Experience the thrill of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) with Ocean High's Private Group SUP Progressive Lesson. Our experienced instructors will have you up on your board and paddling around in no time. In just one hour, we'll teach you everything from board safety and self-recovery techniques to assessment of conditions and location – all the while having loads of fun! By the end of your lesson, you'll be confidently paddling a board like a pro.

Please arrive 15 minutes early. You will receive a QR code with your confirmation email that we will scan to check you in. We are located 30m from the Shepherds Hut Cafe in Follyfields car park in Marazion. We have a changing tent to get into wetsuits but do not have changing rooms or toilets at our location. Toilets can be found close to the children's playground located 150m from our base.

Please be aware that the car park is a camera operated system that monitors the time of entry and exit and you are responsible to pay for the length of time you have stayed.

• Every child under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Ocean High carries full public liability and instructor insurance, but customers must be aware that water and kite sports are potentially dangerous and are undertaken at their own risk.
