All 4 units have 1 queen bedroom, a second bedroom - large loft - with two double beds, combination tub/shower bathroom, compact kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, dishware, cookware, outdoor deck, smart TV, Wi-Fi. Unit 4 has a connecting door to Unit 5. Rate includes up to 3 people. Each additional is $25 per night. Best rate for minimum two night stays. Rates are subject to 9% state tax. No smoking units and no pets.
