Gatlinburg tours are in Eastern Time

The booking software will ONLY allow you to book the number of spaces available for that particular time/date.

Refunds will ONLY be issued if a cancellation request is submitted 24 hours prior to the start of the tour.

Tours, Monday-Friday will start exactly at 11:00am, 2:00pm, 4:00pm, and 5:00pm. Any guests that show up late may be allowed to join the 2nd portion of the tour. A refund will not be issued to guests that are late.

Saturday Tours will start exactly at 10:00am, 11:30am, and 1:00pm. Any guests that show up late may be allowed to join the 2nd portion of the tour. A refund will not be issued to guests that are late.

*Any guests of a reservation that does not show up will not be issued a refund for that guest. The absent guest will still receive their tour shirt and coupons as long as the guest is age 21 or over.

Please read the waiver at the bottom before booking a tour, failure to read and understand waiver rules and terms can result in refusal of entrance to our distillery

*DO NOT participate in any tastings in the store before your tour. A tasting is included in the tour. We are not allowed to over serve alcohol to guests.

Get a behind the scenes tour of Ole Smoky Moonshine's first Distillery! Enjoy a 13 sample tasting of our finest moonshine and whiskey made on site! A VALID, Government Issued ID is required to participate in the tasting. Pictures of ID's will NOT be accepted.

Check in for the 10:00am tour ONLY, will begin at 9:45am. All other tours arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check in. Traffic tends to be heavy coming into Gatlinburg as there are only two lanes. Booking times are when tours depart the check in stand.

Monday through Fridays are 10:00am, 11:00am, 2:00pm, & 4:00pm

Booking Availability is shown in real time. If your desired date does not have a green block, then it is not available for bookings

If you are not able to book your entire party at one time, then there are not enough available spaces to accommodate your entire party

Double check the time and date you are booking for prior to completing the checkout process.

Only 12 spaces are available per tour.
