Get comfortable on a paddle board learning from one of our trained and skilled instructors. Our professional SUP lessons cover a thorough warm-up and on-land preparation, the theory and anatomy of a Stand Up Paddle Board, Stand Up Paddle techniques and maneuvers, risks, hazards, and essential safety information, and an open water exploration. Our lessons are two hours in length—including an hour to cruise the ocean on your own.
