Skip the Black Friday mall crowds and #OptOutside with Linda & John of Pedego 101 on a ramble through Griffith Park.

The ride starts at the Los Angeles Zoo parking lot Section K (for Kangaroo). Most riding is on car-free roads -- some of which are not well-maintained and can be a little rough in spots so we take it slowly.

We'll ride up to the Observatory, stopping for some beautiful views along the way.. After resting a bit at the Observatory, we'll head down to the parking lot before heading off to lunch. The ride is about 17.5 miles.

Lunch will be at Morrison in Atwater Village. It's a 7-mile RT ride mostly on the LA River Bike Path.
