Cancellations
To Update Booking or Reschedule: To make changes to your reservation or reschedule your session, simply reschedule your booking at least one week prior to your scheduled session. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability, and sold-out sessions or sessions with limited availability may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows If you anticipate being late, please call us to inform us of your arrival time.Please note that the bear habitat will not remain open past operating hours.
No-Show Fee A no-show fee will be charged to the card on file if a group fails to arrive without prior notice:
20-50 guests: $50
51+ guests: $100
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your session, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your session.
