About

As local fishing guides, we fish with people of all ages but the younger generation are the most important when it comes to future conservation of our beloved waterways. We want to teach our future anglers the "do's and the don'ts" that we see on a daily basis.
Each day, your child will develop a different skill that will help them simply catch more fish. Starting off with safety onboard the boat, knot tying, proper tying of rigs, catching bait and knowing where to fish. We kept our groups per boat small to ensure each angler has an opportunity to put what they learned, to the test.

We will have the following 7 weeks in 2023 available:
June 12 - June 16
June 19 - June 23
June 26 - June 30
July 10 - July 14
July 17 - July 21
July 31 - August 4
August 14 - August 18

We have 8 spots per week available, a minimum of 4 anglers is required to run the camp.

  • Each week is a 5 day camp. 9AM - 3PM
  • All camps will be dropped off and picked up from Shem Creek in Mount Pleasant.
  • Kids ages 8-15. USCG approved life vest will be provided to kids 11 years and younger.

In the case of inclement weather (strong winds, lightning strike and heavy rain) , camp will be cancelled and a weather make up date will be set.
Each fishing guide operating the camp is a USCG licensed and insured captain with 10+ years of experience. Each captain has performed CPR/ First Aid training per the USCG requirements.
