CANCELLATION POLICY: PROXIMITY ADVENTURE RENTALS, will refund the full deposit if the reservation is cancelled more than (5) days prior to the rental begin date.

If cancelled less than five (5) days prior to the reservation, no refund will be given. You will be charged 100% rental fees even if you fail to show up for your reservation. However, we will happily reschedule your reservation if prior to begin date OR issue a voucher for a return visit within 90 days if deemed fit. NO EXCEPTIONS
