See first-hand how food is grown, harvested, produced, prepared, served, eaten, and how this reflects the history, culture, and values of the people and place. Includes lots of walking and exploring, people-to-people experiences, and activities that will open your heart and mind. Cultural experiences include apsara dancers, water puppet theater, Cambodian acrobatic performances, historic sites, museums, fascinating architecture, fabulous meals, and most of all the wonderful people of these countries. This is only the tip of the iceberg!
