Each whale species has its own distinct behavioral traits, and the humpback whales are most often noted for their elegant and unique songs. Males are the singers of the species and have been found to sing the same series of notes, which can span up to 8 octaves, as other males in the group, with subtle changes year after year. Researcher believe this is done as both a mating call and way of communicating with other males

*Remember to wear sunscreen and bring a hat and sunglasses!

Clothing:

• Please wear raft appropriate clothing as it is very common for splash and spray during all of our tours!

Safety:

• We are an alcohol, drug, and smoke-free facility. Any participant judged by our staff to be unwilling/incapable of following instructions or having potential to cause a safety issue shall immediately be removed from the premises and no refund shall be given.

Age Restrictions:

• Participants must be eight (8) years or older.
• No unaccompanied children between the ages of 8 and 15. Parents must sign waivers for 16 & 17 year-olds.

Physical Restrictions:

• ​Participants must be capable of moderate-to-advanced physical activity.
• No pregnant women.
• No persons who recently had surgery, or those with previous or present back or neck conditions/injuries.
• No persons with medical/non-medical conditions which may be aggravated by this activity.
