Event Cancellation Policy
We value our attendees and aim to provide flexible options while maintaining clarity regarding our cancellation policy. Please review the details below for important information about cancellations, credits, and booking protection.
No Refund Policy
All bookings and registrations are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations under any circumstances.
Site Credit or Gift Card Option
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of service. In such cases, we will issue a site credit or gift card equal to the value of your booking, which can be used for in-house services.
Booking Protection
For added flexibility, we offer an optional Booking Protection at the time of registration. Attendees who purchase Booking Protection can cancel their booking and receive a full refund (minus the cost of the protection fee) up to 1 hour before the scheduled time.
