Start & End Times

We start at your scheduled start time (between 6am and 2pm); however, we recommend the earliest trip start times (6am to 8am) to expand the opportunity for trailhead parking availability and beautiful sunrise views.

We usually plan to end the trip and return to the trailhead no later than 5pm on day two, dependent on factors such as: the route, pace of the group, weather, etc.

Meeting Location & Time

For most hikes we meet at the Beaver Meadows Visitors Center or the Fall River Visitors Center an hour before your scheduled time (i.e. 6am hikes would meet at the visitors center at 5am). This will give us time to meet, enter the park and drive to the trailhead by our hike start time. Your selected destination will determine our meeting location and time. Due to covid protocols, we are limiting carpooling, so we'll have you follow us to the trailhead.

What to Bring (Recommendations)

We make every effort to uphold the scheduled itinerary but do not guarantee completion of the scheduled itinerary. After departure, we reserve the right to alter, omit or adapt any part of the itinerary, without allowance of refund, for reasons beyond our control (weather, natural hazards, participant fitness, etc.) or due to the needs of the group.
