Start & End at the Bear Lake Trailhead. If parking is available, we may start at the Glacier Gorge Trailhead.

What’s Included

• Professional mountain guide & RMNP expert
• Medical kit, Garmin InReach, & Maps
• One-of-a-kind remote experience
• Hiking permits and entry reservations
• Annual Conservation Donation (At least 10% of our profits)

What’s Not Included

• Hotels or lodging before and after trip
• Transportation to/from the trailhead
• Rocky Mountain NP entrance fee (Available for purchase at checkout)
• Guide Gratuity (15%+ recommended)
• Meals/Snacks

Start & End Times

We start at your scheduled start time (between 4am and 5pm); however, we recommend an earlier start time (4am to 7am) to expand the opportunity for trailhead parking availability and beautiful sunrise views. We end the trip no more than 5 hours after your start time, dependent on factors such as: the route, pace of the group, weather, etc.

Meeting Location & Time

Beaver Meadows Visitors Center, a half-hour before your scheduled time (i.e. 8am hikes would meet at the visitors center at 7:30am). This will give us time to meet, enter the park and drive to the trailhead by our hike start time. Due to covid protocols, we are limiting carpooling, so we'll have you follow us to the trailhead.

What to Bring

Day backpack, meal & snacks, rain gear (jacket, pants, etc.), clothing for all weather (bring layers), sturdy hiking boots, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. Please reach out if you would like assistance preparing for your trip!

Park Entry

We cover the hiking permits and timed entry reservation requirement. You'll need to purchase your park entry pass. If you have an America The Beautiful pass, you are all set.

Age Guidelines

Participants of all ages may join both mixed group and private group trips.

  • All minor participants must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the entirety of the adventure. If either the minor or the guardian needs to exit at any time during the adventure, both must exit together.

Itinerary Changes

We make every effort to uphold the scheduled itinerary but do not guarantee completion of the scheduled itinerary. After departure, we reserve the right to alter, omit or adapt any part of the itinerary, without allowance of refund, for reasons beyond our control (weather, natural hazards, participant fitness, etc.) or due to the needs of the group.
