Health & Safety Guidelines for Your Dive
🩺 Health Requirements
*Divers must be in good physical health to participate.
*If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take regular medications, consult your doctor and provide a medical clearance form if required.
*Feeling unwell? Please reschedule your dive for another day.
🏊 Experience & Certification
*All participants must present a valid scuba certification card at check-in.
*If it has been more than 1-2 years since your last dive, we recommend completing a refresher course before your trip.
💧 Before the Dive
*Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 12 hours before your dive.
*Stay hydrated and eat a light meal before your dive.
*Review and sign the liability waiver before your dive.
📏 Depth Limits & Dive Plans
*Follow all instructions from your guide regarding dive depth and time.
*Maintain proper buoyancy to protect yourself and the reef.
⚠️ Safety First
*If you feel uncomfortable at any time, let your guide know immediately.
*Always ascend slowly and follow the guide’s signals.
