Cancellations
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to reservation date & time are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours of reserved date & time are charged in full, and considered non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full, and considered non-refundable.
Changed Reservation Dates Policy
If your rental or tour is canceled due to weather, we offer you a credit for a future outing. This credit is good for use in the following 6 months. We do not offer credits for no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
