Cancellation Policy applies to all trips, instruction courses, and rentals:
• All trips may be cancelled due to extreme weather. In the event we cancel for unsafe weather, a full refund will be given. RMOC retains the right to decide what is unsafe or extreme weather. Cancellations for weather that are initiated by client will be subject to usual cancellation policy.
For all other reasons:
• Within 72 hours of program or rental start, there are no refunds or rain checks given.
• More than 72 hours prior to program or rental start, we offer 50% refund OR a 100% rain check, good for one year.
