Your courses are freshly picked up from a renowned restaurant on the Prinsengracht—starting with your appetizer, followed by a second delivery of the main course and dessert. Onboard, you can select your preferred wine and drinks to complement the meal.

Dinner Cruise Itinerary on the Delphine:

Departure from the H'ART museum:
We begin our journey on the beautiful Amstel river, gently cruising into our first canal: the prestigious Herengracht.

Dinner Selection & Scenic Views:
During the first 15 minutes, as you admire the iconic canal houses and the famous Seven Bridges, you’ll select your dinner options from the menu onboard. Once your choices are made, we’ll call our chef to begin preparing your meal.

First Course Pickup:
Around 20 minutes into the cruise, we’ll stop at a restaurant on the Prinsengracht to pick up your freshly prepared starter.

Cruising Through the Heart of Amsterdam:
As you enjoy your first course, we’ll continue toward the charming Spiegelstraat, passing under the lowest bridge in Amsterdam. From there, we glide toward the Rijksmuseum area, with views of Paradiso, the historic American Hotel, and a glimpse of the lively Leidseplein.

Main Course & Dessert Pickup:
After this scenic route, we return to the restaurant to collect your main course and dessert, ensuring everything is hot and fresh.

Tailored Final Hour:
With all courses onboard, we’ll cruise for the final hour based on your personal preferences—whether you’d like to see more iconic landmarks, explore hidden canals, or simply enjoy a peaceful ride through the city by night.

Before You Board:
We recommend arriving at the dock 15 minutes before departure. There are often other boats in the area, so a little extra time helps ensure a smooth and relaxed start.

You can recognize the Delphine by her distinctive white and red striped roof and her elegant, antique historic appearance—a true classic among Amsterdam’s canal boats.

Meeting Point:
The dock is a large wooden platform in front of the H’ART Museum, overlooking the Amstel River.
Please make your way to the waterfront side of the dock so you can easily spot the boat as she arrives.

What to Bring
There’s no need to bring anything specific for the cruise—just your appetite and good company!

However, we do recommend:

Avoiding high heels, as you’ll be stepping on and off the dock and boat

Bringing a sweater or light jacket, especially for cooler evenings—even though the Delphine is comfortably heated, it’s always nice to have an extra layer just in case
