Please arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled start time. VIP guests have early access starting at 5:15 PM (or 5:30 PM depending on the season). General Admission starts at 5:30 PM or 5:45 PM. All seating is pre-assigned.

The luau will run rain or shine, but in the case of unsafe weather, the event may be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations
Any cancellations made after 17:00 local time, 1 business day prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
