Stand up paddle boarding has quickly become a popular water sport in Lincoln City. Learning to SUP, however, can be intimidating. We have the perfect solution. Sign up for a stand up paddle boarding lesson from Safari Town Surf Shop and learn to SUP with Kevin Gile. Kevin is an experienced local waterman and will take you out in the calm flat waters of Devil’s Lake. Kevin has also worked as a lifeguard for the City of Lincoln City, and he is trained and certified with the American Red Cross in First Aid/CPR/AED to help insure your safety. Kevin will teach you everything you need to know to enjoy your time on the water on an SUP. You will be paddling like a pro in no time!

What to wear

You may wear a swimsuit, or shorty wetsuit in the summer months. If you get cold easily you can also wear a full wetsuit. Call us the day before your scheduled lesson if you'd like to rent a wetsuit and any accessories. We will have your instructor bring your rented items to your lesson.
