For cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled day 100% of fare is returned and there will be no additional costs.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled day or no show, fare is not refunded.
For date changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled trip no refund is available. In case of cancellation due to the bad weather conditions fare is 100% refundable.
