Lake Johanna Black Bear Sauna Rental • Private
Private rental at Lake Johanna
Overview
Activity details
SauNice has partnered with Ramsey County Parks and will have mobile sauna available on Sundays from 10:00AM to 5:00PM, November through April at Lake Johanna Beach in Arden Hills. Reserve the Black Bear sauna for your private group. A SauNice rep will prepare the sauna and get the stove fire stoked and warmed up for your 1.5 hour session.
The sauna will be positioned in the parking lot or closer to the beach. Bring a robe or towel of sorts to change with as there is no available restroom during the winter months. People will be going back-and-forth between the ice hole and the sauna for the maximum benefit of hot and cold exchange! This is a highly recommended activity where many of the same people come on a weekly basis or multiple times during the week. Stay up-to-date with Lake Johanna Ice Dippers on Facebook, which is a partner page to SauNice.
What's included
All wood and water for the rocks as well as essential oils will be provided and available.
What's not included
Bring a towel and change of clothes!
Highlights
This is a rare opportunity to combine the rush of an ice cold lake dip with the warm welcome on a wood-fired sauna can provide!
