Share Discovery Village will process refunds for fees paid for activities, training and accommodation (minus booking fee) under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made in writing via mail, or email addressed to – david@sharevillage.org
• Refunds for fees of £20 or less will not be issued
• Refunds are not given for no shows and for weather that does not warrant event cancellation.
• Any request for full refund for accommodation must be submitted 8 weeks in advance and and 48 hours in advance for activities, dependent on Share’s ability to resell the accommodation or activity.
• Any partial refund requests must be received 7 days prior to the event date.
• No refund will be made if any customer is asked to leave the premises.
• A full refund (minus booking fees) will be offered if an event or activity is cancelled or rescheduled. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 3 days of any cancellation.
