It's the coolest place in town!

This 4,000 sq. ft. play space features great splashing opportunities for kids, including a water tunnel, multiple interactive spray jets, water pumps and geyser boulders.

On Tuesdays, we offer free one-hour sessions! They are first come, first serve (in-person only, no reservations) with the first session beginning at 12pm and the last session beginning at 5pm.

Guests may come & go during their session time but must keep their wristbands attached for re-entry.

Adults are welcome to join the session but MUST PAY FOR ENTRY. Each person must have a wristband to enter Water Play area, showing entry was purchased to the session.

Rules + Important Details

By completing the purchase of this session, you acknowledge that you are the responsible party for yourself and any minors/children for whom you are also purchasing.

The Water Play area is unsupervised - play at your own risk.

• Wristband is required for entry and must be worn at all times while in the gated play area. Wristbands are given at check-in, once session registration and payment is confirmed.
• All injuries, however minor, should be reported to the Associate on duty immediately. Shelby Farms Park has a basic First Aid Kit available and will complete an accident report.
• Children under the age of 3 must have a parent or guardian (age 17+) accompany the child into Water Play. (Session entry prices apply.)
• If you or your child are sick and/or have a fever, you will not be allowed to enter Water Play. We will be happy to reschedule you to another session in the future. Children with diarrhea or who are vomiting will not be allowed in Water Play and will be asked to leave immediately.
• No regular diapers allowed. Children that are not potty-trained must wear swim diapers.
• Do not climb, stand or jump on boulders, rocks, gates, water jets, or any other equipment.
• Running, horseplay, aggressive behavior, and profanity are not permitted.
• No pets, food, drink, smoking, or glass containers are allowed in the gated area.
• Appropriate swimwear / clothing (bathing suits, shorts, t-shirts) is required at all times. No visible undergarments. If Associate determines that you are not adhering to this standard, your entire party will be asked to leave immediately.
• Water is pumped from a well, therefore, drinking is not advised.
• Shelby Farms Park is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
• Attendees must exit the gates as instructed by monitors at the end of session.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

In the event of inclement weather (lightning strikes in the area or high winds that are prohibitive for paddling), our rental locations will close until the area is clear of lightning for 45 minutes or until prohibitive wind conditions subside. Customers with reservations within these time frames will be contacted by Shelby Farms Park to reschedule for a later time and/or date.
