When the tides and winds are right, a sunrise trip on the 10,000 islands is amazing! Watch birds as they wake up from the roost, dolphins searching for food, sea turtles coming up for a breath and the sun sneaking up over the mangroves. We will start our trip from the historic Smallwood store where the native americans used to sleep on the beach. As we head out into the bay, your certified master naturalist guide will teach about the 10,000 island ecosystem and the history that surrounds it. Don’t worry if the sunrise trip isn’t available. Another great way to see the 10,000 Islands is by joining one of our small Eco-friendly motor boat tours! These tours are offered daily as a 2 or 3 hour trip. See our calendar for trip times.
