Cancellation Notice: A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. To cancel, the reservation holder must send the request to contact@skylinejetski.com and include the full name on the reservation and confirmation number.

Refunds: Full refunds are issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the reservation time. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours of booking.

Weather Concerns: If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, we will offer to reschedule or issue a full refund, decided the morning of operation at the discretion of Skyline Jetski.
