Tickets must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a refund unless trip protection is purchased. Participants who fail to show for their reservation or cancel without proper notice (e-mail or confirmed phone call) will not receive any refund or be eligible to reschedule. Trip protection allows you to receive a refund (minus the cost of trip protection and fees) up to 24 hours before the time of your departure. You must still notify us before your availability starts! Ticket holders must be checked in 20 minutes prior to departure or risk the non-refundable cancellation of their ticket.
