Ballooning is a truly magical experience, but it's also weather-dependent. Our commitment to safety means we only fly when conditions are ideal. While this might occasionally lead to delays or cancellations, please know it's always with your safety and enjoyment in mind.
The Snohomish area, nestled between the Puget Sound and the Cascades, offers stunning views but can also have rapidly changing weather. To ensure a safe and memorable flight, we prioritize clear skies, good visibility, and gentle, predictable winds. Sometimes, even if it looks perfect on the ground, hidden wind patterns can make flying unsafe.
We understand that planning a special occasion around a balloon ride can be exciting. To minimize any disappointment, we encourage considering flexible scheduling, such as booking a backup date. This allows us to capitalize on favorable weather windows and ensure you have the best possible experience.

Cancelation or Rebooking
You can cancel anytime up to 24 Hours before your flight. You can also rebook your reservation date at any time up to 24 Hours before your flight. Call or email us, we would be happy to help.
If the weather forces us to cancel your flight and you're not able to rebook. Gift vouchers are not eligible for refunds but can be transferred and/or rebooked.
Instructions for Use:
A confirmation of purchase email containing your Gift Voucher (Certificate) codes will be sent to you. 1 code for each ticket purchased. You will later use these codes to make your ride reservation. At our website you can check our availability. Once you have selected an open date simply continue through the process of making a reservation. Select the number of people in your group (you can add additional people to your reservation even though you have a limited number of ticket codes, the system will charge accordingly) under the photo it reads "Add promo code or discount code". Enter each code separately. When authorized you will get a green check mark. A red X means the code is not authorized, entered in correctly or has been used already. Continue filling out all the information about your group. Please do not hesitate to call us for help.
